First friday night without Hardwell On Air: Never Say Goodbye

Retired superstar Hardwell ended his incredibly popular podcast Hardwell On Air. It’s the end of an era and, oh boy, we enjoyed it so much! Hardwell On Air was the delivery room of new talent during the glory days of EDM and the present. It was the hotspot for every enthusiastic listener of electronic dance music and especially the place where iconic songs were played for the first time. From now on, Friday night is different.

Just think about it: how many moments we experienced throughout the years that Hardwell evolved his sound and showcased talents like Dannic, Dyro, Thomas Newson, Blasterjaxx and Kill The Buzz. They all became familiar faces of the label. The best from the past, present, and future. Personally, a few aspects of HOA were extraordinary. For instance, the curiosity of the next Hardwell Exclusive, epic live sets like Tomorrowland, EDC, and Ultra Miami (especially 2013 & 2014), and of course, new tunes by the master himself. Just realize for how many years we’ve been waiting for 11:00 p.m. CEST on every Friday night.

The podcast has been replaced by 24/7 channel: Revealed TV. Let’s be honest, the chemistry of HOA changed after Hardwell stopped touring. Revealed’s music was not that tangible anymore, also because of the pandemic. We think Revealed TV is a very smart move to sustain the music. Above all, nobody takes the memories of Hardwell On Air away from us. Revealed ‘never say goodbye’. Neither do we. Robbert, thanks for all the amazing years of #HOA!
