In the category of Electronic Pop, two very promising, young artists found each other to release something wonderful. The Chilean DJ/Producer FLAK and American Anna-Sophia Henry are both sparkling and shining on their new collaboration called ‘Slow Burn’. They planned an incredibly productive session after meeting on Instagram and… wow. This gem is fully loaded with captivating, electronic melodies which lead to a timid atmosphere and a calm, heart-to-heart voice.
“We had excellent conversations while making the track,” said FLAK. “At one point, we started talking about how important it is to enjoy the process of knowing someone and how summer flings are not as fulfilling as a stable relationship in these hard times.” The 20-year-old FLAK would’ve played EDC Mexico 2020 if the hard times had not happened. However, he kept doing what he’s best at: halfway 2021 his album will be launched!

Anna-Sophia Henry, 22 years old, explains more about the story of ‘Slow Burn’. “We’ve all wanted to take things slower or faster with someone. You want to be with that one person as fast as possible and skip as many dates, and other times you just want to enjoy the process and slow it down. It’s important to sense what’s right and that inspired us to write. We finally managed to create a song we’re extremely proud of.”
One thing for sure, our ears are satisfied! Slow Burn counts as a terrific addition to every playlist. We like the fact that two young artists are capable to create such a grown-up track, but especially because the process led them beyond just making music. We hope they can continue working together in the future!
