Picked up and signed by STMPD Records, Osrin and Beau Collins are killing it at the moment. When you look back at previous releases together, this duo completely understand each other in their ways of making music. The remix for Martin Garrix’ ‘Used To Love’ is in our opinion a really accessible outcome of both cheerful and optimistic sounds.
We’re dealing with an actual diamond in the rough. Beau Collins has got a few tremendous and very special releases already. He leaves his signature footsteps in every track: sweet instruments and lovely melodies to remember. It’s a real experience to listen to his tracks. Our favourite is ‘Giants’, created with Neenah; a high-level electronic pop record with a dreamy vibe. We’re sure this dreamy vibe could result in a big release everybody will talk about.
Osrin’s first three releases in 2016 and 2017 were from another level. It was in a period that Future House was hot, but this producer stood out with his remarkable sound. ‘Places’ let us believe in simplicity, great editing of as less instruments as possible. This Swedish guy is just 19 and his tunes sound so grown up! We’re glad to see he’s performing in an environment where his music is fully appreciated, like ADE and the STMPD Stage on Balaton Sound. 2020 will be a year where he astonishes many listeners with his tracks, but the focus still needs to be on the evolution of his sound.
